3 Ingredient Snowy Coconut Balls
Using just coconut and sweetened condensed coconut milk, they are SUPER easy and quick to make. They are worlds better than the dairy version!
Eat room temperature... or my FAV = cold from the refrigerator!
Mix together unsweetened coconut and sweetened condensed coconut milk. Scoop onto baking sheet into tablespoon size rounds, rolling to form balls.
Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips.
Pull coconut balls from the refrigerator, and dip tops in chocolate. Let set.
These coconut balls are perfect as a Christmas gift in winter, but I also love them as gifts in the summer time. There's nothing like taking a bite of a cool, creamy coconut treat right out of the refrigerator on a hot summer day!
