5 Second Salad Dressing!

The best & easiest way to make this dressing is in a small jar with a tight fitting lid. Think old spice jar. You can always use a small bowl and whisk the dressing like crazy.

Description

A super fast, healthy, salad dressing that you can whip up in a flash! This dressing is slightly sweet, and uses honey. Way better than store bought, which has chemical thickeners and preservatives, make a large batch to keep on hand.

You Need

For the Cream Soup (Makes one 10.5oz can of cream soup replacement)

Method

    • Slice scallion. 
    • Combine all ingredients in jar, tightly fit lid.
    • Shake like crazy to combine and emulsify.
    Using a jar with a tight fitting lid is the best way to combine all of the ingredients that would otherwise be difficult to mix. Shake for at least 30 seconds!

Note

I make a point to buy as much food in glass rather than choosing products sold in plastic. This reduces my intake of toxic chemicals that do leach into our food via their plastic containers. With that being said, I end up with a LOT of jars! Save your glass jars, small and large, they are perfect for applications like this one!
