A clean salad dressing!
Store bought salad dressing is full of junk! Seriously, look at the label: canola oil, artificial colors, preservatives. If you don’t recognize the ingredients, it’s not good for you! Follow my ranch dressing recipe below to make a creamy, dairy free dressing to dazzle your next salad!
Make this dressing right in your mayo jar!
You know how hard it can be to get every last bit of the mayo out of the jar! Now that I use Primal Kitchen’s mayo (that stuff is expensive) I want to make sure I don’t waste any of it! I like to make a batch of this ranch dressing when I have about 1/2 cup of mayo left in the jar. This way, you just add all the other ingredients for the ranch dressing, tighten the lid on top, and shake away! This way, you don’t waste any of that mayo! This dressing will keep for a few months in your refrigerator.

Method

- Put all ingredients in mayo jar. If you are not using a mayo jar, use a clean jar with tight fitting lid. I believe shaking your dressing is far superior to whisking it!
- Shake, shake, shake! Shake vigorously to emulsify all ingredients.
- Add more plant milk to achieve desired consistency.
- You may want to add a little salt, Primal Kitchen's mayo is pretty salty, so I am not adding any, taste before adding salt!
- Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow herbs to reconstitute and for flavors to meld. Shake well before serving.
- Store covered, in the refrigerator.
