Love a smoked salmon bagel but want something lighter? Try this super cute cracker version!

Dairy free cream cheese!

I cannot tell you how excited I am to have found a new, CLEAN, dairy free cream cheese. The brand is Misha’s (not sponsored) and has no chemicals or thickening agents. So far I hadn’t been able to find a cream cheese with out thickening agents or other gunk! This dairy free cream cheese tastes delightful, and is perfect a top my smoked salmon everything bagel crackers.

What to look for when choosing smoked salmon…

Smoked salmon is a great treat. Always look for wild salmon. Check the ingredients. It’s healthiest if they have not added color (yes this is true of some products!) or any other unnecessary additives.

Gluten free crackers

If you’re gluten free, almond flour crackers are the way to go. I found some great ones by Simple Mills (again, not sponsored!!) I am just passionate about great food!
