Sweet & Salty Peach Salad
Sliced peaches top arugula which has been drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled lightly with flaky salt.
Fleur de sel is a flaky sea salt. It is formed as a thin, crust on the surface of seawater as it evaporates. This salt almost looks like very thin, square sequins and is a wonderful addition to this dish.
- Arrange peach slices on a plate.
- Place a heaping handful of arugula in the middle of the peaches.
- Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
