You Need

Method

    • Arrange peach slices on a plate.
    • Place a heaping handful of arugula in the middle of the peaches.
    • Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
    • Sprinkle with salt.
    Fleur de sel is a flaky sea salt. It is formed as a thin, crust on the surface of seawater as it evaporates. This salt almost looks like very thin, square sequins and is a wonderful addition to this dish.
