Watermelon Lime Slush
Description
Frozen watermelon cubes are blended with mint and honey. That's all you need for the perfect watermelon slush!

Method

- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- I find it best to let your watermelon sit outside of the freezer for a few minutes before blending to make things come together more smoothly.
Before adding the mint (or you could use basil!) in the blender, smack the leaves between your palms to release their essence.
Note
Alternatives to honey: maple syrup, fruit juice of your choice.
You can leave the mint out if you like, but I find it adds a level of herby sophistication!
