You Need

For the Vinaigrette

Method

    • Remove crab from shell (if using snow crab, or you can use canned).
    • Add all veggies to a large bowl with crab.

Make Vinaigrette

    • Combine all dressing ingredients, shake well.
    • Drizzle over salad, and toss.
    • Serve immediately, or refrigerate, covered.
    I love re-using old jars with tight fitting lids to make salad dressing. They are perfect to vigorously shake the ingredients together to emulsify the dressing!
